These are up there with the lightest single piece stainless rotors, yet they have more material where you need it - the brake ring.
The 140mm and 160mm rotors are designed to minimise weight whilst maintaining performance and are specifically designed for: -
- The General MTB user
- XC
- Singletrack
- Anyone that simply wants something LIGHTER!!
They have undergone rigorous analysis and testing, as part of their development and are superior in strength, hardness and precision to your conventional rotor, as these are laser cut from motorcycle grade stainless and have a double grind finish.
These are thinner than your standard rotor, at 1.5mm, so make sure your bolts don't bottom out.
All our rotors are designed to fit a standard 6-bolt ISO hub.
Rotor bolt torque tightened to 6.2Nm
Please Note - depending on your brake pad and caliper arrangement you may experience brake pulsing (ABS). Some like it, some don't! We don't so these will be the last of the 'thin' rotors.
